I understand that if I cancel or reschedule without 48 hours notice, I will be charged 50% of what the service was supposed to be due to insufficient time to fill the slot resulting in lost time, money & resources. (If you/family member are home sick you can be in a room/designated floor and we can swap places when we are ready or we can skip that room) *

I understand that if my cleaner travels to me & has no way to get in & no one is answering calls/texts that my cleaner will leave after 15 minutes of no contact & I will be charged the cancellation fee per lost resources. *

I understand that if I ask my cleaner to skip a space, that MCS will not compensate it by cleaning another space in place of the space you want skipped. if you choose to skip something- the price will remain the same. *

I understand that invoices are to be paid within 24 hours of the service. If the invoice is unpaid a $50 late fee will automatically be added 24 hours after the service has concluded and no further appointments will be honored until the past due invoice & late fee are paid in full. MCS reserves the right to book other clients over any existing appointments you may have IF you don't pay your invoices/late fees, meaning you're appointments will change/be pushed back on the priority list *

I understand that prepping for my partner will allow more time for my partner to do their required tasks. ex: clearing the floors of toys, clearing the dishes from the counter, picking things up & putting them away. *

I understand that I need to provide some sort of toilet bowl brush or wand for toilets to be cleaned on the inside of the bowl. if my partner cannot find my toilet bowl brush the inside of the bowl will be skipped *

I understand that there will be a travel fee outside of Winnebago/Outagamie/(select areas of) Waupaca County which is $1/mile ONE WAY from home location in Oshkosh. (Discounts apply to weekly/biweekly accounts) *

I understand that my partner needs space to complete the tasks at hand. It is easiest that no one is home when cleans are performed. This way the cleaner isn't having to feel like they need to redo any of the work that has already been completed & no one likes feeling watched while they work- its SUPER awkward *

I understand that If staying home I need to be on a different floor, in my room, etc & be willing to move when the partner needs access to that area. Please communicate where you are with your partner so we don’t surprise each other. If a partner voices they need access to a room & you aren't willing to move- MCS reserves the right to skip the room at no cost sacrifice to MCS. *

I understand that If staying home- once a partner finishes a room it is completed, whatever happens to that room AFTER its cleaned is not MCS responsibility

I understand that the scheduled appointment time is an estimated time of arrival, my partners will make me aware if they're running more than 30 minutes ahead/behind. *

I understand that each appointment is quoted by man hours. ex 1 cleaner = 1 hour. so if two cleaners are at your house and they take 2 hours, it will count as 4 man hours because the partners work together, separately to cover more ground together. *

I understand that MCS partners are human & make mistakes- however, we cannot fix mistakes that we are not made aware of. MCS partners are willing to come fix mistakes- (please let us know! we LOVE constructive criticism) *

I understand that If I have pets I am responsible for making sure any biohazards are cleaned up. If a partner comes across a biohazard we will make you aware. If you want your partner to clean up the biohazard instead of cleaning around it there will be a $50 biohazard fee. *

I understand that my main garbage should be empty before my partner comes, OR ill leave out a garbage bag for my garbage to be switched out when its full so the partners don't have to waste time searching for the bags. *

I understand MCS does NOT clean screens of electronics or move heavy furniture. Any damage to items of those sorts is not covered by our insurance. If you would like us to move light weight furniture I need to sign a liability waiver for waiving any potential damage as MCS responsibility *
