1. Services

The Service Provider will wear a body cam from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. the purpose being asset protection & proving services are delivered.

2. Access to Property

The Client grants the Service Provider & its employees permission to enter and access the Property for the purpose of performing the agreed services.

The Client represents that they own the Property or have authority to grant access and permission for filming.

3. Client Responsibility

The Client is responsible for:

• Securing pets and ensuring a reasonably safe work environment.

• Disclosing known hazards, unsafe conditions, or restricted areas.

• Protecting valuables, confidential information, and sensitive materials prior to filming.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider shall exercise reasonable care while on the Property. However, the Client agrees that the Service Provider shall not be liable for:

• Normal wear and tear associated with accessing the Property.

• Incidental or consequential damages..

• Conditions existing on the Property before services are performed.

The total liability of the Service Provider for any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services provided.

5. Assumption of Risk and Release

The Client acknowledges that video production activities involve the use of cameras & audio equipment.

The Client voluntarily assumes any risks associated with allowing such activities on the Property and releases the Service Provider from claims for property damage or personal injury except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

6. Indemnification

The Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Service Provider from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and attorney's fees arising from:

• The Client's breach of this Agreement.

• Unsafe conditions at the Property.

• Claims by third parties who were not disclosed to the Service Provider.

• The Client's failure to obtain required permissions or consents.

7. Media Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Service Provider retains ownership of all raw footage materials produced during the project..

8. Payment

Service Fee: $450

Payment Due Date: 6/5/2026-6/6/2026

Late payments may be subject to reasonable collection costs and late fees permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin
